How we handle what you send us through the form or by email. In short: we only use it to reply to your enquiry, we sell nothing, and the site doesn't track what you click.

Who processes your data
The controller is Dream PRO, s.r.o., company ID 24265951, registered office Holečkova 789/49, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 198981. DreamX is our brand.
For anything about your data, email krepel@dreamx.cz. We are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not done so.
What we process and why
When you send an enquiry through the form or by email, we process:
- your name, email, company if given, and your message, so we can reply and discuss working together,
- technical data about your visit, such as IP address and request time, which our host keeps briefly for operation and security.
Legal basis
We handle enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying and discussing a project with you or the company you represent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you act for yourself as a future party to a contract, it is steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical data is processed in our legitimate interest in running the site securely.
We don't need your consent for this, so we don't ask for it. Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a name and email we can't reply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and the related correspondence while we discuss working together and then for at most 2 years after the last contact. If we start working together, the contract and legal obligations govern retention from then on. Our host keeps technical data only briefly, according to its settings.
Who else has access
We don't sell your data or pass it on for marketing. These processors help us, under data processing agreements:

Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and get a copy,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased when we no longer need it or process it unlawfully,
- restrict processing,
- data portability for data processed for steps prior to a contract,
- lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
Right to object
You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest. Just email krepel@dreamx.cz. We will then stop, unless we show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Cookies
The site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and stores nothing on your device that it doesn't need to work, which is why there is no cookie banner. If we add visitor measurement, we will ask for your consent first.
Automated decisions and changes
We make no automated decisions about anyone and do no profiling. If our processing changes, we will update this page and the date it applies from.
